Pickle and Oil (P&O) sheets are standard hot-rolled steel sheets that have undergone a “pickling” process. During this process, the sheets are dipped into an acid to remove the mill scale from their surface. The mill scale is essentially the iron oxide layer that forms during hot rolling.
